Mission statement

The Lake Stevens Historical Society is a non-profit corporation, which shall exist for the purpose of gathering and preserving historical information and artifacts relating to Lake Stevens.  The museum and reading room operated by the Society present an opportunity for the public to share in the rich heritage of the area.

The Lake Stevens Historical Society is committed to fulfilling its mission by completing projects as they are identified and judged to reflect the purpose of the organization.

 

The Lake Stevens Historical Society is further committed to fulfilling its mission through collaboration with the city of Lake Stevens and other community groups in the greater Lake Stevens area.
